Vent!
I am so aggravated right now! I got a parking ticket today because it said my parking tag was not displayed. So I looked on my mirror and it was missing. I have NO IDEA where it went! It has always been up there. So, I went and told the people at Mattox and they gave me a temporary parking permit that lasts until Friday. (Thank God!) But anyways. I searched my entire vehicle for it because I figured it must have been knocked down somehow. I looked under the mats (in front and back), I took every piece of trash out of my car. I looked in the glove compartment and took everything out of it. I searched literally EVERYWHERE! Under the seats. In the console in the middle. I mean, I even looked in my trunk....(just in case!) So I have NO IDEA what could have happened to it!!!! It aggravates me so bad! Now I have to pay a $20.00 tikcet PLUS an additional $30.00 fee in order to get a new parking permit. :( UGH! I can't just throw money out there like that when I never removed my parking tag in the first place! Oh well.

Thats horrible! I recieved a ticket recently because I forgot to put my permit back in my car after it was in the shop for 3 days! I'm hoping if I fill out an appeal they will give me a break. But I doubt it! It just really sucks to have to pay for the ticket when they know that you have an up to date permit...lame...
ReplyDeleteThat really stinks. You really should try filing an appeal. I've heard you usually get it if you don't have any tickets in the past or just a few.
