Hi Ashley, yesterday was an incredibly rough day. Virgil had a pretty good day on Monday but Tuesday and yesterday were not. When I left him as much as I wanted to come to class I didn't want to leave him. Although he did eat a little on Monday he's having difficulty eating. I'm very concerned about him and the spread of the cancer.
God continues to show His great love in so many different ways and I know He will provide. My hope remains in His almighty power and in His perfect plan. I live by trust a day at a time.
I am grateful for students and an opportunity to be a part of their learning process. I consider each one of you one of those ways God shows Himself to me. SED260 on Mon and Wed is a highlight of my week. I try to put on my "game face" on bad days and be strong when I get there. Some times I'm not as good of an actress as I'd like to be.
