Sectioning off Clauses

I am still a little confused when it says to "section off the clauses." I may or may not have already done this, I just do not understand what this is saying. I was going to see if someone could explain it more for me, to make sure that I have it done. It is worth 5 points on the rubric. Thank you! :)

  1. Patricia-
"Section off the clauses" is the same as "section off all turns" it means who's doing the talking.
    Hope this helps. :)

  3. Jeannie has correctly explained that you need to section off TURNS as when each person speaks. Here is an example of sectioning off clauses/utterances WITHIN A TURN.
