A tough Holiday
So this weekend I found out some bad news about my aunt and uncle. They have been together for 41 years and they are the perfect couple. My aunt is a very religous person and very caring. She would do anything for anyone. Well on saturday my Aunt and my mother found my uncle with another woman. this has just devistated my heart. Nothing could have prepared me for this because if anyone would have told me this years ago I would have never believed it. they have been together since my mother was 4 years old so he has been a part of my family forever. He has been having an affair on my aunt for several months now and she has had some suspicion about it but saturday they finally caught him. So please keep my family in yor prayers becasue this is a very hard time for us right now.

A year ago my family went through something like this but it was very more intense and complicated. I know how you feel so hang in there and be there for you aunt and family. Pray for them everyday and so will I!
ReplyDeleteMargee, I will pray for your family. Every situation is very different. None can truly ever be compared. Each brings its own set of unique circumstances and heart aches. A situation like this impacts so many people in the family.
ReplyDeleteI do want you to know that my parents are divorced and remarried. Too many details for a blog . . . but . . . hang in there, stay focused on an Almighty God who can do ALL things and remember that LOVE covers a multitude of sins.
My neighbor is going through an ungly divorce right now too. We are very close, so we are getting all the details about it. It turned out that this was his sixth affair over two marriages. The worst part was a lot of her friends knew how he was, and still let her marry him. He completely took everyone by surprise, and it still hurts me to think about what he did.
ReplyDeleteIm really sorry to hear that. It really is a shame to hear something like that. One of my high school friends' dad did the same thing. hate to hear when a family breaks up.
