Trista Thacker

My name is Trista Thacker. I am originally from Pikeville, Kentucky, which is about as far east as you can go without crossing into West Virginia or Virginia. I am an only child but I do have 7 cousins which makes it seem like I'm one of eight kids. I have a 17 year-old cousin, Joshua, a 12 year-old, Leighton, a 11 year-old, Cara, a 10 year-old, Dakota, a 5 year-old, Serenity, and twin 3 year-olds, Emily Rose and Damien Kane. One of the things I dislike most about being here is that I am missing the youngest three growing up. They all started school this year and it was hard to miss that. I'm hoping that I will be able to go homw most weekends to see them all.

    One of the greatest blessings in life is a close extended family! I grew up babysitting my cousins. It's a true joy. You'll have to get Skype so you can connect with them throughout the week while you're away from them! It's a terrific tool.

    Hey! I'm from Floyd Co. originally so we didn’t grow up to far away. One of my good friends in High School was Amanda Thacker and I was just wondering if maybe you two are related?
