Just want to let you know that am one of the DHH majors (non-teaching) I am doing non-teaching because I already have a teaching certificate for DHH from my home country and do not intend to teach in the US I just want to get the expertise for the area and not teaching area

Hey Gake what is your home country? My major is DHH non teaching also but I do want to teach. It just seemed easier for me to take this route. I plan to get my master's in special ed LBD and get my certification that way.
ReplyDeleteMy country is Botswana in the southern part of Africa. Am also interested in doing Masters but I was told that without US teacher certificate thats not possible. If you have any information about this do you mind sharing it with me because right now I want to take a minor in Psychology so as to get in Master but it is not my place of interest as compared to DHH
