Every beginning...

'Every beginning comes from some other beginning's end.' ~Seneca.

Not only do I say this as my teen years ended yesterday and I have started a new decade of life but also because a lot has been changing in my life the past few weeks. I have finally had the strength to let go of my hopes and cling to what is reality. I may not like it but I cannot change it, therefore, I must change my attitude about it. I accept it now and can move on. A new chapter is many ways. Wrapped in a blanket of joy since I learned what is important in life. Do not try to make something where there isn't, rather, work with what you have, and make the most of it. That is where I find my true joy.

  1. That quote made me think of one that is in my planner. It is by Tom Stuppard, "Every exit is an entry somewhere else." I agree with you on making the most of life. It seems like my life is blowing by. Sometimes I stop myself and think about how blessed my life has been.

  2. These are such good posts! They are so deep and I love them! I truly believe that when one door closes, another one opens. Our lives are full of chapters and we have to make the most of all of them.
