Grandfather's Surgery

My grandfather met with the surgeon today and his surgery will be sometime after Thanksgiving. I was hoping for next week so I wouldn't have to miss any classes but at the same time I'm glad that our family gets to spend Thanksgiving together without having to worry about the surgery. As soon as we know more I will let you guys know.

    Absolutely! Enjoy the time together focusing on the blessings and let the thoughts of the surgery wait until another time. Enjoying the blessings of each day will allow you to appreciate them even more. We will continue to keep your Grandfather and family in prayer.

    I will be thinking about you and your family during this holiday season. It is very hard to deal with things like this at anytime, especially during Thanksgiving. My great-grandma passed away right after school started, so this is our first holiday season without her. But again, I am thinking and praying for you and your family. God Bless!
