To be greeted tonight with a basket full of your incredible thoughtfulness touched me in a way I simply can't express. When I looked into the basket and saw Virgil smiling up at me from the beautiful frame along with the gorgeous angel the emptiness and loneliness that I carry with me was replaced once again with a peace and comfort that can only come from a loving Heavenly Father. Your Starbucks card will purchase coffee to warm me on upcoming cold days. The plant sits on the table beside his recliner as he loved plants and often would have one sitting there that he would nurture. I nibbled on way too many of the delicious chocolate chip cookies which were one of his favorite snacks as well as I drove home to Indiana tonight. Your personal expressions written inside the card are deeply appreciated. Know I treasure each of you and covet your prayers during the upcoming difficult days of transitioning into a totally new life. Thank you for your support and thoughtfulness. I pray God's special gifts and blessings for EACH of you.
