Thanksgiving break
As the holiday approaches, so does a very serious surgery for my grandfather. I can not wait to spend some time with him on thanksgiving before he leaves for surgery on Saturday. Prayers are appreciated, he is having to travel to Virginia and will be there for 8 days. My dad is taking my grandparents because they are not comfortable driving that far, but it is still a very scary situation. Surgeries are never fun, I just cannot wait for my grandfather to feel 100 percent and be back to his old self.

I will keep your family in my thoughts & prayers. Surgery is very scary and it is even scarier when it's done on our grandparents. Just spend a lot of time with them this weekend and tell both of them you love them. Keep us undated on his surgery.
