I hope everyone had a wonderful break with friends and family. I had a great break, although it was very busy! Ben and I try to see both our families on Thanksgiving and it makes for a long day--then we have to get up at 4 AM to make it to Wal-Mart to get all the great deals!
I made it to Wal-Mart to get the one "big thing" we are getting our daughter and that was enough for me! I don't know how people do that all day long!
We ended up going by my families business and working there all afternoon. Malorie has decided that she is going to work there and we literally spent the entire weekend at the store. She worked her little tail off and loved it! She was not happy that we had to leave each day either.
Some exciting news for me though--I found a new car!!!! I loved my old car and only had it for 6months and was looking for something similar and luckily I found the exact same car--color and all! I am so excited!! Just gotta watch out for those telephone polls from now on. LOL!

So glad you found a car and most importantly were not more seriously hurt in the accident! Good to hear you had lots of family time over the holiday. It is such a blessing to be surrounded by those we love and who love us.
ReplyDeleteMy best friend (which is my sister-in-law) and I hit Wal-Mart, K-Mart, and Target Friday morning- we were up and ready to go at 3:15a.m.
ReplyDeleteWe had the best time and managed to get everything we had on our lists without anyone getting injured or killed. LOL :)
Needless to say by 1:00 Friday afternoon we were both completely useless- I was exhausted. :-{
More power to ya girl! I was done after Wal-Mart! I still have a few things to do, but plan to get them done this week. Next year can I give you my list and let you and your sister in law do my shopping? LOL
